Our story.

RE/MAX Cayman Islands, a leading force in the local real estate market, has achieved the status of the #1 local brokerage by sales volume in the Cayman Islands, consistently ranking among the top 10 globally.

Founded over 30 years ago by Kim Lund, it became the first RE/MAX office outside the US and Canada and in 1994 Broker/Owner James Bovell came aboard, a key player in our growth. Beyond real estate, Kim and James founded the Breast Cancer Foundation, reflecting a commitment to community welfare. Recognized globally, RE/MAX Cayman Islands earned the title of #1 Global Top Office for Total Sales Volume in a Metro Market in 2018 and then again in 2020.
