This gorgeous Gal is 100 years old this year!  Yep...she is a Landmark Home that has been ohhh so well taken care of and adored!  Currently called Sandy Lane Villa One, she is one of six villas here that enjoy private gated access to Seven Mile Beach, a gated verdant garden filled with native trees, fruits, a freeform delightful size pool and parrots galore.  Super quiet at the end of Boggy Sand Road where you can sit on one of the three porches and read peacefully...or nap!
