Nick is a career property professional with 25 years in the Real Estate industry, 15 years of which conducted in the Cayman Islands, spanning Sales, Property Valuation, Land Acquisition, Property Development and Asset Management. Armed with a comprehensive understanding of the Cayman Real Estate market Nick has a wealth of knowledge acquired from his many years of experience in the field and can provide sound Real Estate advice on any transaction be it sale or purchase, development feasibility and disposal, property leasing, asset management and everything in between!

Although clearly passionate about property, outside of work and spending time with his wife Kadie and children Seb and Max, Nick enjoys playing Cricket – in which he has represented the Cayman National team – and trying to better his handicap on the golf course
