Biography

CAYMANIAN HERITAGE


Edna’s association with the beauty and tranquility of the Cayman Islands goes back to enjoying many wonderful vacations touring the island as a child and enjoying the Seven Mile Beach, visiting the Turtle Farm and splashing on the slippery ledges along the West Bay Beach.


Being the daughter of two Caymanian parents who are of strong family and religious background Edna was taught from very young the value of honesty, hard work, friendship and family. She continues to display these attributes in her everyday profession and family life.


PREVIOUS CAREER EXPERIENCE


After a long and rewarding career with Cayman Airways (Inflight Department) Edna made the decision to move into real estate on a full-time basis and joined RE/MAX Cayman Islands team in November 1991. She finds that the firm offers a strong well-known international franchise with professional offices and state-of-the-art communication systems. These factors help to make Edna’s job as a sales associate much easier.


CUSTOMERS


Meeting new customers is always a wonderful experience for Edna who cherishes the time spent discussing the Cayman Islands’ wonderful lifestyle, clean beaches, friendly people and excellent real estate opportunities. Typically new customers will view at least five choice MLS properties within their parameters during the introductory showing.

Her clients are extremely important to her as she strives to keep their listing or listings as her main objective in searching for the right person for their property. Listings will be advertised on the RE/MAX Cayman Islands and CIREBA web sites, local newspaper bi-monthly color insert, ‘Open Houses’, CIREBA magazine and ‘for sale’ signs. When you make the decision to list your property Edna will complete a thorough market report advising you of the current and sold listings within your category in order to price your property competitively.
